I’m proud that a friend of mine, Chantal, has written this book because like most people (probably like you too), she loves desserts! 🙂 But it was driving her crazy that desserts always had to be naughty! So she wrote it with some educational material to begin with and included 34 amazing vegan recipes that are every spoonful nourishing and not at all guilty! Isn’t it great when you can have a treat that is not followed but a guilt trip down weight gain lane?

She is a certified holistic health coach, yoga instructor, author and founder of Live Lean Health and Live Lean TV. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and as a yoga teacher from Aditya Yoga School.
Her journey started 16 years ago after a two-year long battle with anorexia and 14 years’ destructive relationship with food, which forced her to then turn her life around due to health issues. She believes medicine is on our plates and she implements both nutrition and lifestyle in her coaching practice.
